The short version
Guestflock is for celebrating together. A photo you share can appear on a big screen in front of the whole hall, so share what you'd be happy for the couple, their parents and every other guest to see.
This policy applies to everyone who uses Guestflock: hosts, guests, organizers and visitors.
Don't share
- Nudity or sexual content of any kind.
- Anything that sexualises, harms or exploits a child. We report this to the authorities.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks people for their ethnic group, religion, gender, disability or any similar reason.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or photos meant to embarrass or shame someone.
- Violence, gore, or content that encourages harm.
- Photos of someone who has clearly asked not to be photographed or shared, or photos taken in private places such as restrooms or changing rooms.
- Other people's personal details: phone numbers, addresses, bank details, ID cards.
- Content you don't have the right to share, such as someone else's professional photos without permission.
- Anything illegal under Nigerian law, scams, or spam.
Captions, names and gift messages follow the same rules: they can appear on the big screen.
Don't misuse the service
- Don't try to get into accounts, events or photos that aren't yours, or get around plan limits or privacy settings.
- Don't scrape, copy in bulk, or overload Guestflock, and don't upload anything harmful such as malware.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, including a host, an organizer or Guestflock.
- Organizers: don't mislead clients about prices, commissions or what Guestflock does.
Reporting a photo
- Hosts can hide any photo from the big screen and the album in one tap, and pause the screen.
- Anyone can report a photo to us at [support email]. Tell us the event link and which photo, and why.
- We review reports and take photos down within 24 hours of the first report. A photo we remove disappears from the big screen and the album at once, and the host is told.
- We keep a record of each removal. The image files of a removed photo are deleted 30 days later.
What we may do
If someone breaks this policy we may remove content, pause an event's big screen, suspend an organizer, or suspend or close an account. Where the law requires it, or someone is in danger, we report to the authorities. Each action by our staff is recorded in an audit log.
If you think we got it wrong, write to [support email] and a different staff member will look again.
